まあ、様々な利権もあり、治療を一般医療従事者（Community-Based Nonspecialist Providers：PrimaryCareの医師やNP看護師）に任せるには異論もあるでしょうが、編集長としては、この優れた治療を急いで広範囲の方に提供するには、良いアイデアだと思います。
日本にとっても非常にCost effectiveなApproachなのではないか・・と思います。少なくとも津川先生のような方がMeritを定量化して下さると良いですね・・
